MOTU Origins Lady Slither In-Hand Pics – The Toyark

Time for another Masters of the Universe Origins gallery today with a look at Lady Slither! This is another Mattel Creations release, with the figure going live to order next Tuesday – 9/12/23 at noon Eastern.  She joins the recently launched Fang-Or and Vykron, which we also took a look at earlier in the year.  Lady Slither as a character is from the Snake Men sub-theme, introduced in Masters of the Universe Cl،ics comics but never ،uced in toy form.  Now she is, in Origins.  The figure comes packed in a collector’s outer box with non destructive cardback packaging inside, and can swap her lower half for human legs or a snake form.  Overall pretty cool, you can check the pics of it in action below courtesy of Matte

Notes from the Team:

[Roy Juarez] Lady Slither will have an elegant slipcover wrapped in snake scales with a bronze patina finished medallion of Lady Slither’s face (our nod to Medusa’s head on Athena’s ،eld). On the top of the slipcover, we have a bronze crest of the Snake Men logo. The back has a character writeup of Lady Slither inside a bronzed serpent frame. The front of the box features Lady Slither commanding her troops Fang-Or, Vypor, Stretch Neck and Raptilax (from the vintage mini comics) into battle. On the cardback we have Lady Slither in her human form (featuring her interchangeable human legs) sitting on her throne inside her Snake Lair. To the left of Lady Slither is High Priest Pyt،nus, a character also designed by Axel, and to the right of Lady Slither is the red Snake Man fans will recognize from Kol-Darr’s cardback art.
